Our Commitment to Child Safety: Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE

At GrandzAngel, the safety of our community is our highest priority. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This document outlines our standards, the actions we take to enforce them, and how our community can help maintain a safe environment for everyone.

This policy applies to all content and user behavior within the GrandzAngel application, including but not limited to profiles, messages, images, and links.

1. What We Prohibit: A Clear Definition

Any content or activity that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse is strictly forbidden. This includes:

•Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction (photographs, videos, drawings, or computer-generated images) of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

•Solicitation and Grooming: Attempting to engage with a minor for sexual purposes, including grooming behaviors like building inappropriate emotional connections or requesting abusive material.

•Sexual Extortion ("Sextortion"): Threatening to distribute private or sexual images of a person, especially a minor, to coerce them into providing more images or other actions.

•Trafficking and Exploitation: Using the GrandzAngel app to facilitate the trafficking or commercial exploitation of children.

•Linking to Abusive Content: Sharing links to external sites that host or promote CSAE content.

There are no exceptions. Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

2. Our Enforcement Actions: How We Respond

When we identify content or behavior that violates this policy, we take the following swift and decisive actions:

•Content Removal: We will immediately remove all identified violating content from our platform.

•Account Termination: The user account(s) responsible for sharing or engaging in prohibited activity will be permanently banned from GrandzAngel without warning.

•Reporting to Authorities: We are legally and morally obligated to report all instances of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, or other relevant national law enforcement agencies. These reports include the violating content and any identifying user information we possess.

•Data Preservation: We will preserve data related to the violation in accordance with legal requirements to aid law enforcement investigations.
